Mr. DeHaven is the
lead Infrastructure engineer and systems architect on various IT projects
around the world in support of NAVAIR SCR SATCOM contract. Work
includes C4IS design-build in Okinawa-Japan, Korea, Germany, Florida,
Arizona, Michigan and New York. This work has included cabling
infrastructure for DOD networks supporting Red-Black Tempest requirements,
JWICS VTC, AV, encryption integration, Sound-Soak Paneling, Console and
Furniture design and install and raised flooring. Mr. DeHaven acted as lead
designer for the build of two mobile SCIFS, a Cyber Test Lab and an
Intel-Room for NAVAIR, Patuxent Naval Air Station. Currently leading a
group of engineers to design and build the complete relocation of comms for
Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Launch Control communications hub for the
Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center.

IT infrastructure installation at the DIA Intelligence Community Campus –
Bethesda, MD (ICC-B) as the lead IT engineer representing NAVAIR SCR.
Responsibilities included guiding and overseeing all engineering support,
creating and reporting on labor burn rates, meeting with clients, material
acquisition planning, supervising CAD and engineering personnel, Risk
Register.

IT Systems Engineer – Project Manager – Weston – Alternate NMCC, Raven Rock
- Mr. DeHaven designed and supervised the installation of all IT
infrastructure into the Joint Chiefs Server Room (JCSR), a new data center
at Raven Rock working under the prime general contractor Weston (West
Chester, PA). Mr. DeHaven designed and supervised all fiber and copper
infrastructure installation and active engineers on the integration of
transport switching, physical security, monitoring, and power for the data
center as well as the first deployment of IBM blade servers and storage
hardware. Mr. DeHaven worked side by side with the architect, mechanical
and electrical engineers during the design phase of the data center and
worked closely with the Government customer to deliver design packages, CAD
drawings, logical designs, reach-back circuits, cable run sheets and
training of key Government personnel. Mr. DeHaven performed strategic
planning and execution leading a team of technicians on the relocation of
an Army SIPR and NIPR network access point (NAP) from Ft. Detrick to Raven
Rock. Mr. DeHaven supervised the reassembly using all new Corning Edge
Fiber and CAT6A cabling and re-connection of the NAP to Government
customers and to the new data center network hardware.
Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – Mark Center Mr. DeHaven
working as a subcontractor under the prime IT contractor General Dynamics
IT (GDIT) directed all IT infrastructure engineering for the installation
of LANs, data-center, analog voice, VOIP, VOSIP, data, video, IPTV,
wireless antennas, anti-intrusion, RF, SATCOM, UPS, DRSN and PFPA emergency
broadcast networks into the 6400-person BRAC campus in Alexandria,
VA. Mr. DeHaven worked closely with the construction contractor
design team on infrastructure pathways and power requirement and met
one-on-one with Government customers and tenants to integrate SAPs and
other IT related infrastructure into their spaces. Mr. DeHaven
designed the layout and all fiber-copper cabling infrastructure of the
campus data center and coordinated the installation of numerous networks
including IBM blade servers, Storage Area Network (SAN), GPS synchronizing,
SATCOM connections and video and wireless broadcast.

Cable Information Network (PCIN) which included rooftop installation of
SATCOM RF hardware and cable news connectivity.

Senior Telecommunications Designer – Mr. DeHaven was a senior passive engineering
telecom designer for medium size MEP company overseeing a team of drafters
and designers. He met with architects, engineers and tenants in order to
capture all IT requirements, pathways and power. He was responsible for the
design and creation of construction documents for the installation of all
aspects of voice, data, video, and security belonging to commercial and
government clients. He has experience with Video Teleconferencing, ISDN,
